1. Non-Legal Services Disclosure

Global Immigration Multi-Services, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation under any circumstances. We are a registered and certified provider of immigration document preparation and support services. Our team is trained to assist with paperwork, form preparation, identity documentation, and procedural support—but not to advise on legal matters or interpret immigration law.

Our services are conducted in accordance with Maryland state regulations, which allow for certified non-attorney document preparation. If at any time legal advice is needed, we strongly advise clients to contact a licensed immigration attorney for appropriate guidance.

2. Client Rights & Legal Representation

Clients of Global Immigration Multi-Services, LLC have the unrestricted right to obtain legal counsel at any time. We fully respect and encourage your freedom to consult with an immigration attorney for legal support, second opinions, or full legal representation. We believe in empowering our clients through information and options.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, clients are entitled to cancel any booked service within 72 hours of payment for a full refund, provided that no document preparation or administrative work has been initiated.

To cancel or reschedule a service, clients may contact us through any of the following methods:

After 72 hours, or once work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at the discretion of management based on work completed.

4. Communication & Response Time

We prioritize responsive and accessible communication. All client inquiries received during our business hours—Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST—will receive a response within one hour via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

We strive to ensure that your questions are addressed promptly and professionally, so you feel supported every step of the way.

5. Scope of Services Provided

Our services focus on non-legal immigration support. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Preparation of USCIS forms such as I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, I-751, and others

  • Application support for Jamaican passports and renewals

  • ITIN assistance

  • Citizenship and naturalization preperation

  • General document organization and identity documentation

  • Intake and consultation coordination

Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not submit applications on behalf of clients. We prepare documents and provide instructions, but it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to review, sign, and submit forms to the proper agencies (USCIS, IRS, NVC, etc.).

6. Administrative Fee Disclosure

Each service includes a one-time administrative fee ranging from $50 to $150, based on the complexity and urgency of the document preparation. This fee covers:

  • File management and secure storage

  • Processing time and client support

  • Printing, mailing, or delivery preparation (as needed)

  • Time spent reviewing documents and organizing USCIS-ready packets

This fee is already included in the total service price quoted to you and will not be charged separately. You will see the full price breakdown during booking or consultation.

7. Final Acknowledgement

By continuing with our services, clients acknowledge that they:

  • Understand this business does not offer legal advice or act as legal representatives

  • Have the right to cancel services within 72 hours of booking

  • May contact us at any time to cancel, reschedule, or request clarification

  • Understand that accurate and truthful information is essential to successful document preparation

  • Are responsible for reviewing and submitting their own applications unless arranged otherwise

  • May seek legal counsel at any stage

  • All clients has the rights to request and obtain all documents that was given to Global Immigration Multi-Services.
